New Beginning is a growing English-medium school in Kia, Kilimanjaro. We believe students thrive when they are known, challenged, encouraged and given opportunities to discover their strengths. Our goal is to build a strong academic foundation while helping students develop confidence, character, creativity and practical skills for the future.

New Beginning opened its doors in January 2023 with just 20 students and a vision to provide children in our community with an excellent education and a strong foundation for their future.
Now in our fourth year, our school continues to grow from Pre-Primary through Standard 7. In 2027, we will take another major step forward as we welcome our first Form I students.

Technology
Students gain experience with technology and digital learning as we prepare them for an increasingly connected world.
Guidance & Counseling
Monthly guidance and counseling sessions help students navigate challenges, make wise choices and develop healthy personal and social skills.
Study Tours
Study tours take learning beyond the classroom, allowing students to experience places, careers, communities and concepts they are studying firsthand.
Annual Summer Day Camp
Our annual summer day camp brings students together for several days of activities, games, creativity, teamwork and memorable experiences with their classmates.
Sports & Activities
Sports, clubs and school activities encourage teamwork, discipline, participation and opportunities for students to develop their individual strengths.
Faith & Character
Christian values are part of our school culture as we encourage students to grow in character, integrity, compassion and responsibility.
Leadership
Students are encouraged to take responsibility, communicate confidently, serve others and begin seeing themselves as leaders who can make a difference.

Pre-Primary
A strong beginning for our youngest learners with early literacy, numeracy, English, creativity, confidence and a love of learning.
Three-year-old students may have either a 7:55 AM or 11:30 AM start time, subject to availability.
Primary
Our primary program builds strong academic foundations while giving students opportunities to explore technology, creativity, practical learning and activities beyond the classroom.
Secondary
In January 2027, New Beginning will welcome our first Form I students and extend the New Beginning experience into secondary education.
Form I enrollment opens October 1, 2026.
School is meant to be experienced.
From the classroom to music, sports, study tours, technology, camp and special events, students have opportunities to learn in many different ways.
Form I Begins January 2027.
In January 2027, New Beginning will welcome our first Form I class as we expand into secondary education. Our goal is to give students a strong transition into secondary school and continue preparing them academically and personally for the future.

Our Pre-Form 1 program helps students prepare for the transition into secondary school and begin building the academic, computer and study skills they will need for Form I.

Purchase a Form
Application forms are available from the New Beginning office for TZS 10,000.
Bring Documents
Bring a copy of your child's birth certificate and the student's PREM number, if available.
Parent Interview
After confirming availability and purchasing a form, schedule a brief interview with school administration.
